Many of the problems seen on web pages are specific to certain browsers (even specific versions of those browsers). So when you see something wrong with your site we’ll need you to send us your support details so we can replicate the problem on our test machines.

STEP 2: Type [email protected] for ‘Recipient’s Email’ in the form at the top of the page that looks like this:
